Our plugins are made available under the GNU general public license. The GNU General Public License is a free, copyleft license for plugin and other kinds of works. You can find the entire text of the license here.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our plugins. All plugins are the property of MoreConvert.
Prices
Prices of all plugins are subject to change. MoreConvert reserves the right, to change the prices, temporarily or permanently, with or without the notice.
Purchases
After successful payment, you will receive all you need by email. If you do not receive an email after this one hour, please contact us.
Bug Fixes
It is our commitment to fix all the bugs as soon as possible after they are drawn our attention. We will also try to provide a solution for smaller bug fixes through our support team.
Updates
MoreConvert will from time to time release updates. The released updates are available to you if you have purchased a Product license. Updates are included for free for one year. If you have an active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
Support Services
Support for the purchased plugins is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after that, you must renew your license key. Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving with plugin features. Support does not include: plugins integration, adding new features or extending the features currently available, and any type of modification or customization.
Email
MoreConvert may send you emails related to your plugins. So by purchasing one of our products, you agree to allow us to email you about your license.
Confidentiality
We will keep strictly confidential all non-public information from you that we may collect in connection with your use of the plugins.
Refund Policy
At MoreConvert, we are committed to delivering high-quality WordPress plugin solutions and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
Before requesting a refund, we kindly ask that you contact our support team by submitting a support ticket. Many issues can be resolved quickly via email, and we’re always here to help you get the most out of our products.
If, after working with our support team, you still wish to proceed with a refund, please email us with your order details and a brief explanation of why the plugin didn’t meet your expectations.
Important Notes:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds do not apply to upgrades, renewals, or re-subscriptions.
In case of a refund, a transaction fee may be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.
