Prices of all plugins are subject to change. MoreConvert reserves the right, to change the prices, temporarily or permanently, with or without the notice.
After successful payment, you will receive all you need by email. If you do not receive an email after this one hour, please contact us.
It is our commitment to fix all the bugs as soon as possible after they are drawn our attention. We will also try to provide a solution for smaller bug fixes through our support team.
MoreConvert will from time to time release updates. The released updates are available to you if you have purchased a Product license. Updates are included for free for one year. If you have an active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
Support for the purchased plugins is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after that, you must renew your license key. Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving with plugin features. Support does not include: plugins integration, adding new features or extending the features currently available, and any type of modification or customization.
MoreConvert may send you emails related to your plugins. So by purchasing one of our products, you agree to allow us to email you about your license.
We will keep strictly confidential all non-public information from you that we may collect in connection with your use of the plugins.
MoreConvert is aimed to provide the best plugin solutions for WordPress and committed to a 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason then claim a full refund on your purchase. We know the reason for refund in any plugin is some kind of a technical issue. So we’d like you to first raise a support ticket to help us understand where you’re stuck. Most issues can be solved with an email.
Our support team is always at your service. Eventually if for any reason you are not happy with our plugins, simply let us know within 15 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of the purchase amount. Simply contact us by email and let us know you’d like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you’re not happy. Refunds do not apply to upgrades, renewals or resubscribes.
