New Automation: Conditions Tab

In the Conditions Tab, you can set specific criteria for when your email automation will be triggered. This allows you to tailor your automations to different scenarios and user actions. Follow these steps to configure your automation conditions effectively.

Accessing the Conditions Tab #

Go to the Email Automation section and click on New Automation. Then select the Conditions Tab on the subsequent page.

1. Setting Up Sending Cycle #

In the Sending Cycle section, specify when the automation should resume its activity after a certain number of days. For example, set it to 30 days to allow the automation to restart if a new product is added within this period.

2. Creating Filters #

You can create filters based on various criteria to control when your automation is triggered. To add a filter, select your desired list type (e.g., “Wishlist”) and click the And button.

Note that using And means all conditions must simultaneously occur. Use the OR button to allow automation if any of the conditions are met.
