This section includes settings for how the WooCommerce waitlist feature is displayed and functions on your site. After installing the plugin, you only need to configure these settings once.
1. Enable Waitlist #
Turn this option on to activate the waitlist feature for your products.
2. Waitlist Display #
Choose who can see the waitlist features:
- Show to all users
- Show to logged-in users only
3. Guest User Lock #
When enabled, guest users can see the waitlist button but must log in or sign up to use it. If you want more accurate analytics, requiring login is recommended.
4. Enable Waitlist for #
Select where the waitlist feature should be available:
- All products
- Specific products
- Specific categories
5. Waitlist Options #
Check the options for which users will receive notifications:
- Notify for Back in Stock
- Notify for Price Change
- Notify for On Sale
- Notify for Limited Stock
6. Override Out of Stock Visibility for Variations #
Turn this on to allow out-of-stock variations to be selectable so users can register for restock notifications.
7. Overwrite Theme’s Disabled Variation Out of Stock #
Enable this option if your theme disables out-of-stock variations by default. This ensures variations remain selectable for waitlist registration.
8. Enable Back-in-Stock for Back Order #
Activating this will allow users to register for notifications even when products are on backorder.
9. Back-in-Stock Limit #
Set the minimum stock quantity required to trigger the back-in-stock notification automation. If the new stock is below this number, no emails will be sent.
10. Low-Stock Limit #
Set the minimum product quantity at which the system will trigger low-stock email notifications.
11. Required Selection of Product Variations #
If enabled, users can only add variable products to the waitlist after selecting a specific variation. This prevents unnecessary notifications and ensures users receive alerts only for the variations they are interested in.
