Overview of Email Marketing Automation in MoreConvert for WooCommerce #
The Email Automation feature in MoreConvert allows you to automate email marketing for your WooCommerce store. Follow these steps to set up and manage email automations effectively.
Access the Email Automation Page

- Navigate to the Email Automation section.
- Here, you’ll see an overview of your automations:
- Total number of automations.
- Number of Active Automations.
- Number of Paused Automations.
Create a New Automation

- Click the New Automation button to create a new email automation.
- Use the Search Box to find specific automations by typing their names. For example, to find the “On Sale” automation, type “On Sale” and click the search button to view relevant automations.
Understanding the Automation Data Table

The table provides key information for each automation:
- Date: The date the automation was created.
- Name: The name of the automation.
- Recipients: The number of recipients in the automation, showing how many have received or will receive the email.
- Open Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened the email.
- Click Rate: The percentage of recipients who clicked on the links in the email.
- Status:
- Active on Event: Automation is triggered when an associated event occurs.
- Active: Automation is active when users meet the defined conditions.
- Paused: Automation is paused, and no emails are sent.
- Revenue: The total purchases made through this automation, including purchases made using coupon codes from the email.
- Actions:
- Manage: Allows you to manage the automation, though default automations cannot have their status or type changed.
- Report: Provides detailed statistics and insights about the email performance.
